Durham Christmas Festival will be back over the first weekend in December, from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th, December 2025.
We’ll have three brilliant markets, all full of small independent businesses, unique goods, and great gift ideas. Enjoy the city of Durham its finest, with Christmas carolling on the streets, Carols for All in Durham Cathedral, and plenty of places to take a break from your shopping and enjoy the city’s hospitality.

The majority of trips return from destination between 16:30 and 17:30. The driver will inform you of the exact time on the day, dependant on outward travel times. Whilst we do not guarantee a W/C on board most of our excursion fleet do have toilet facilities. For your comfort we allocate seating at time of booking, however reserve the right to alter or amend your seat allocation for utilisation purposes.
