Whitby Steampunk Weekend is a twice-yearly event in Whitby, North Yorkshire, that celebrates the steampunk aesthetic. The event is held in February and July and includes a free-to-attend market, educational talks, and a general atmosphere for enthusiasts to gather, dressed in Victorian-futuristic attire. It’s held in Whitby due to the town’s association with Bram Stoker’s Dracula, the same reason it is a popular location for the Whitby Goth Weekend.
